Anthony Hill was a black, decorated air force veteran who served a tour of duty in Afghanistan. Upon returning home, he settled in Chamblee, Georgia, outside of Atlanta. He had been suffering from mental health issues and PTSD.

On March 9th, 2015, police were called to Anthony’s apartment complex to respond to reports of a naked man behaving bizarrely in the complex. Based on the call, it was clear that the man was suffering from a mental health crisis and needed medical attention. Within minutes of arriving a DeKalb County police officer named Robert Olsen shot Anthony twice, killing him at the scene.    Misconduct is a bi-weekly true crime podcast hosted by Colleen.
