iPhone users now have a new way to streamline their travel experience. Apples new Digital ID feature allows users to add their US passport details to their Apple Wallet, enabling them to scan their digital passport at airport readers for domestic air travel. This feature, currently in beta phase, is available at over 250 US airports for in-person identity verification. To set up, open Wallet app, scan passport, authenticate with iPhone, and verify with a selfie.
