Mother Nature has an unpredictable personality, especially when it comes to such weather phenomena as tornados and hurricanes. "Night of the Twisters" was written in 1972 by James Michael Ullman, an American novelist and newspaper editor known for his work in and about the Chicago area in the mid-1900's.  It is the story of a young woman alone in a remote farmhouse during a stormy night who is visited by two escaped convicts.
