Have you ever had that niggling feeling that someone just isn’t enough? At first, it feels like an itch. Pretty soon, though, it turns into an all-consuming dread: a realisation that maybe you’re settling for less than you deserve.

Today, we’re doing two things: First, we’re going to sit down and chat about the concept of settling. Then, we’re going to hear from a woman named Ashleigh, who knows the concept all too well.
