I had the realization over the summer that for most of my life I have been a 'Be safe' person. Which like, there's nothing technically wrong with it but I experienced the difference of being told 'be safe' and 'have fun' about the same activitity and I was like holy shit do the two of those feel different. And I would love to implement saying 'have fun' more than I say 'be safe' to others and to myself.
As I continued thinking about the two statements I realized how it can be applied to our body image, and so that's what I share with you today!
