In this episode, I want to open up the discussion about being content without compromising your goals. Too many times, we are so obsessed with something that we don’t get to enjoy the journey. It may be our weight loss journey, our body goals, our finances, our marriage, or even a business. We have specific numbers in our head which we are always striving to get to. It never seems enough. If you are never content about where you are, and always striving for more, it can be a dangerous line to walk. It’s not wrong to always strive, but it’s not good to never be happy with what you have. It is okay if we have ups and downs, but it is a problem if you are never satisfied. Having a little bit of flex room with our goals and standards is one way we can ensure we don’t remain always dissatisfied. Try to stay balanced with your life and look at the bright side of things.  Let’s try to enjoy what we’ve got and our journey without compromising our goals.
