Do you over-correct?

Do you overeat, overdrink, and then promise to "eat only vegetables tomorrow" or "run 10 km tomorrow" to "make up for it"?

Over-correcting leads to sabotage because as humans, living in that intensity of all-or-nothing completely sets us up to fail. Then when we don't meet our crazy high expectations, we feel bad about ourselves, and the cycle gets worse.

If working out 5 days a week hasn't worked - try to be consistent with 3 days a week.

If being on a strict diet makes you binge - try no rules, try listening to your body.
