Do you ever feel like you just can’t get out of a pattern of thinking that just feels like a ton of bricks?

Sometimes we tell ourselves that “this is the way it goes,” when you struggle with fertility.

So we live with it.

It becomes a way of being.

It steals our joy, creeps up when we dare to smile, and not so subtly hacks away at our confidence.

Instead of just being a fleeting thought that makes us feel bad, it becomes our narrative.

It’s what I call a Sabotage Story.

This bugger goes by many names, but the result is the same. You are left feeling stuck, heavy, and frustrated.
