Ron has nearly 20 years of experience in the display technology industry and he has pivoted from identifying Clarity of Vision as a business operator to helping others find Vision With Clarity. Starting in 1994, Ron functioned as a General Manager of InFocus and was responsible for moving the “company from Bankruptcy and $2.0 Million in annual losses to profitability... in less than 18 months.” During his time as Sr. VP Operations and Finance CFO with Clarity Visual Systems, the company grew from 8 million in revenue to nearly 70 million. Ron has successfully “led high-performance teams that have been recognized as ‘Best Companies to Work For’ and turned around two companies from bankruptcy. Now Ron is a Vistage Chair and invests his mindshare in helping others reach their full potentials and lead healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives.
