Resentment is a mental process. With resentment, we repeatedly replay a feeling, and the events leading up to that feeling, that angers us. Resentment is a major component in failed relationships, but more importantly, RELAPSE. So, let's get into it and identify resentment. Once we identify it, we will discuss how to deal with it. Channeling negative energy into positive energy, has its benefits :) .
