Harrisburg State Hospital and Lunatic Asylum has been host to many bigtime ghost hunting tv shows.  Ghost Ops Paranormal goes deep into the trenches of this place to find those things that go bump in the night.  

 

The hospital opened in 1851 and initially was known as the Pennsylvania State Lunatic Hospital. It was the state’s first treatment facility for the mentally ill and ceased operations in January of 2006. This is VERY monumental and taking place in this investigation and filming of this documentary of the 200+ acre campus will be the last people ever inside before most of it is torn down.
