The birth of Jesus Christ was planned from the beginning,(Proverbs 8:22-31) before the beginning of time, He being the Word of God — Christ the Messiah - Who already existed with God, and Who is God Himself. (John 1:1) He sovereignly planned all of the events leading up to His birth and choose each step people would take not only leading up to His birth, but also His life, death and resurrection. (Proverbs 16:9, 20;22; Psalm 37:23, Jeremiah 10:23)

At Jesus birth, the Word became a human being (John 1:14), the Presence of God with us—Immanuel. (Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:23) Who was born for you; the Son of God given to you (Isaiah 9:6, John 3:16) to enfold you into His new creation life through the Holy Spirit.(2 Corinthians 5:17, John 3:5) And He directs your steps, just as He planned, to fulfill the destiny He prearranged and made ready for you to live to bring Him Glory. (Ephesians 2:10, Colossians 1:17-18)

God sovereignly chose and planned before He laid the foundation of the world, (Ephesians 1:4) every event and life path of each person to fulfill the prophecies timing surrounding Jesus Christ’s birth. (Galatians 4:4) And in love, He planned all the days of your life (Psalm 139:16) and the good works to fulfill them to remove all cause for you to worry. (Ephesians 2:10, 1 Peter 5:7)

Consider how amazing the love and providence of God to birth His only Son Jesus into the world to be your salvation. (John 3:16-17, Luke 1:31) He is Emmanuel, God with you and God among you, Who became one of us (Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:23) by the Holy Spirit coming down from heaven above and birthing in Mary’s womb a new creation – Son of God. (Luke 1:35)

Now, you being born from above by the Holy Spirit are a new creation in Christ Jesus, (John 3:7, 2 Corinthian 5:17) living in union as one with Him (Galatians 2:20) – The Word of God Who came as a baby into the world to be your Deliverer. (John 1:14, Ps 118:21)

God sovereignly chose Joseph to be the earthly father of His Son, Jesus Christ. He predicted in the Old Testament that the Messiah would come from the lineage of David. (Isaiah 11:1, Jeremiah 23:5-6) Both Matthew and Luke provide genealogies of Jesus that confirm Jesus was a descendent of David—therefore, a legitimate Messiah. (2 Samuel 7:12–13)

The prophets in the Old Testament described the awaited Messiah’s birth in detail. They foretold the Jesus would come from the line of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Genesis 12:3; 17:19; Numbers 24:17), and the tribe of Judah (Genesis 49:10) ) to a virgin who would call Him Immanuel (Isaiah 7:14).

And the angel Gabriel confirmed God’s Sovereign choice to Mary, you will become pregnant with a baby boy, and you are to name him Jesus. He will be great and will be known as the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of his ancestor David. He will reign as King of Israel

God’s Sovereign plan to Restore you back to Himself in love began long before He laid the foundation of the world (Ephesians 1:4) in eternity past before Jesus’ birth.. Then when the appointed time arrived, God sent his Son, (Galatians 4:4) birthed by a virgin (Isaiah 7:14, Luke 2:7), so that He would redeem you held hostage to the law into full legal adoption and be recognized as His child (Galatians 4:5, John 1:12)

Christ's birth is a reminder that God sovereignly made the deliberate choice to Unconditionally Love you for all eternity before you were ever born, knowing the sins, failures, and mistakes you would make. (John 3:16, Psalms 103:3) Now, you have complete assurance since His Nature (1 John 4:8, Deuteronomy 7:9) is love; there is never a moment He does not love you because He does everything for you out of His Love. (1 Corinthians 13:8)

God's prescription for worry is thanksgiving. God wants you to be thankful in the midst of everything, (1 Thessalonians 5:18) being assured and convinced by the Holy Spirit whisper into your spirit (Romans 8:16) that every detail of your life is continually woven together for good to fulfill His designed purpose. You have so much to be thankful for each and every day. The Holy Spirit helps you realize and comprehend and appreciate the gifts of divine favor and blessing so freely and lavishly bestowed on you by God (1 Corinthians 2:12) - every spiritual blessing lavished upon you as His love gift because He see you wrapped into Christ (Ephesians 1:3)

The Spirit remind you of all the things God has blesses you (John 14:26) and that you take for granted, such as physical life, friendship, and good work, are all blessings from God. As a result, the Holy Spirit instills gratitude within you for all that God has done for you, is presently doing and planned in advance to fulfill the destiny He has give you. (Ephesians 2:10)

The story of Ruth reveals God's sovereign hand of blessing at work, weaving every detail of your life together for good in order to fulfill the predetermined destiny He planned for you before you were born. Ruth's story begins with a famine and ends with the birth of a baby - Obed, who becomes the father of Jesse, who becomes the father of King David, Israel's greatest king, and places Ruth in the lineage of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 1:5) Never doubt God's sovereign plan to carry out all of His Good plans for you. (Ephesians 3:20)
