This week inspired by watching F1 Academy on netflix and my Edmonton Oilers making the Stanley Cup Finals! I was pondering on athlete mindsets and how easy it is to tie our worth to if we are winning in sports or not. To sometimes make our whole identity the sport we play. So in this episode also if you are not an athlete some tools from an athletic mindset in helping to trust your worth a little more and also how to stay grounded as a whole person while being an athlete.
