Aussie BMX racer Saya Sakakibara's inspiring Olympic journey has come to a devastating end, after a crash during the semi final she was leading saw her lose her chance at getting into the final.

She was stretchered off, but was ok.

In a devastating interview she said she fely like she had 'let everyone down, especially her brother'.
