Our top story is: Experts had anticipated, 2018 would be another record-breaker for the Austin-area housing market. The Austin Board of Realtors said today, they were right. Both sales and the median home-sales price in Central Texas reached all-time annual highs, for the 8th straight year. Rising property values and increased housing demand led to the record numbers.
