This week we speak to Amy's best friend, Jess Winnell, about Autism. Jess has kids on the spectrum and also works for an organisation that helps families living with Autism. We chat about routines, caring for yourself as a parent of kids on the spectrum and loads more. We also chat about how being decluttered and organised can help your whole family and that sometimes it is great to call for some extra help.
