Texas Supreme Court says uninsured motorist coverage only applies if you are hit by the entire motor vehicle, not merely a piece of it. The Court threw out the case of a man and his kids who were severely injured after the entire axle assembly came off a passing 18 wheeler and crushed his car. The high Court went to absurd lengths to explain how an axle assembly is not a motor vehicle. Wyatt explores this absurdity taken to a new level at the expense of innocent citizens.
