Ava worked at Universal Music Group for two years before taking what she learned there and starting her own company. We discussed the process of promoting artists such as Finneas, Julia Michaels, Ariana Grande, and The Weeknd, Ava’s transition from fashion journalism to music journalism, and how she selects the perfect interns.
