On this episode Keith shares an idea for being more efficient with film grading as the season heads into the second half as well as keeping the focus on performance.  The idea is from the late College Hall of Fame Coach John McKay's book "Football Coaching" where he shares ideas of RBI, Errors, and Hits borrowed from baseball.

He also shares. segment from the COOL Clinic with legendary OL Coach Dante Scarnecchia where Coach uses the written test as a collaboration to get his OL communicating and working together while reviewing the game plan and making sure everyone is on the same page.
