I would say you need to have at least five of those conversations a day. You need to get better at making the promise. The promise is putting yourself on the hook. That's the offer. The offer is the promise of the thing. Whatever it is, we need to get good at making that promise. If you want to do anything, you need the experience of getting to do it so that you can become amazing, so that you can gain mastery over it. You need to boldly go and make those promises."
