This week we are back with our new themed monthly "word" episodes, but before we dove into it we had to discuss our "lights" of the week. We then dove into our word for this month, was none other than the word communication. We discussed the importance of healthy, face to face communication in spite of the ways that prevent us to do so. Shoutout to social media and texting for putting some limits on this effective communication and giving us many headaches as we navigate our relationships with others. We concluded this segment by sharing some tips and strategies that help us communicate better and our promise to try to uphold these skills in the future. Finally, we shared what we're into for the week, including our recent binge of "My Unorthodox Life" and Jamee's favorite bird quiz from her camping retreat.
