What's Being Frank about?

Whitney Hammond and Scot Foster created "Being Frank" to share some of the weird, humorous, and heartwarming happenings at their worksite. "Frank," who is a Target skeleton purchased one Halloween by one of their coworkers, hangs out in front of Whitney's cubicle and exhibits humorous signs each day for their "2 East" colleagues. After a worksite survey identified an incredibly low morale, Whitney and Scot have made it their goal to start everyone's day with at least a giggle, and Frank was their first go at it. Frank has now been a part of their worksite for more than a year, and is considered an official coworker. Scot and Frank even won an "Employee of the Month" award over the summer! "Being Frank" is also about taking an honest look at worksite weirdness and red tape, so frankness is really their focus.
