If you want to hear how you can succeed in business with your best friend too, this episode is a must-hear!   You will want to hear this episode if you are interested in...   Figuring out your unique strengths Building and layering your skills to advance your career Paving your path to success Transitioning into a mentality for success Navigating challenges so they don't slow you down Emma and Kylie's tips for success Developing yourself and your friendships Valuable words of advice   Letting your strengths shine   Kylie and Emma have a lot in common and share a bond through past struggles, but their unique gifts allow them both to shine in their friendship. Their different styles of leadership enable them to create powerful connections with the people on their teams and enables them to help each other along the way.   As with most successful network marketers, their journey to success stands firmly on a path unique to them. They worked hard to build and layer their skills to advance in their careers, and they've learned how to leverage their strengths when necessary. It can be hard to transition out of the "Me" mentality and shift your focus to helping others, but Kylie, Emma, and David, all vouch for the value of community. When you empower others to do their best, it will be easier to step out of your comfort zone and continue pushing others to do their best.   Navigating challenges to succeed together   In business and life, you have to figure out how to navigate hurdles, so they don't slow you down. But, when you have a friend to help you along the way, it's easier to find a path that works well for your other partnerships. Identify your unique personality and work with those you trust to make your teams stronger.   Emma suggests that when you feel stuck, be consistent in your work and dive in fully. To succeed, you need to plug-in and learn everything you can and then share your passion and drive with those around you. Being consistent, not allowing yourself to be distracted, and not taking things personally will help you be the best version of yourself.   Kylie adds that the biggest challenge in starting your side hustle can be your limiting beliefs. If you put your mind to something, believe that you can do it and find a way to make it happen. Showing up as your most authentic self can be challenging and may take a toll on you when other people aren't authentic, but it will be worth the effort.   Personal development and friendships   Your greatest asset is yourself and your abilities, but your second-best asset is your relationships! Growing your business and your team is your legacy. Success isn't based on where you come from, your background, or your wealth. If you want to succeed and you're willing to put in the work, you CAN reach your goals!   Take accountability for yourself and where you're at but be aware of your current situation and what you need to do to get to where you want to be. Don't let your tough spots hold you back. Instead, develop a mindset that will push you through to your next level.   Kylie and Emma's parting words of advice are: Stay in your lane and don't compare yourself to other people's journeys Work from your heart AND your mind Be open to the hard lessons Get a mentor who will support you, believe in you, and pull you out of a pity-party Identify the aspects of your business that you believe in and focus on what makes it unique to you Ask your friends to keep you accountable Take ownership of your life and dive in fully Show up for yourself, your team, your family, and your kids   Figure out what you want and how to get there.
