Beloved what is Biblical Justice and what is Social Justice? Everybody loves the idea of social justice, or being on “the right side of history.” For every race, class, political attachment, and religion, for both men and women, the question is: “Whose ‘justice’ is right?”
Biblical justice and social justice are different in their sources, methods, and goals. Biblical Justice provides society with a divine frame of reference from which to operate. The word justice in Scripture means to propose the right way.
Biblical justice is not a man-made, socially forced, top-down system that leads to the denial of freedom. Social justice reflects a fallen human philosophy. Social justice is intimidating, emotional, and temporal. Social justice treats the traits. Biblical justice upholds human responsibility and freedom, while social justice appeals to the government.
Listen Biblical justice promotes freedom by emphasizing accountability, impartiality, and responsibility. Biblical Justice understands that the personal and social realms are spiritual underneath. So Biblical justice seeks to treat the root cause of injustice, Biblical justice has an eternal view, while social justice has a temporary view.
I want you to listen to Pasto Baucham’s preaches on Biblical Justice vs Social Justice.
