In 2011 BJ Hill was named the Big Sky coach of the year as he led Northern Colorado to their first ever NCAA tournament appearance.  In 2016, BJ was removed from his position due to allegations of NCAA violations. Still in the process with the NCAA, BJ has decided to speak out. He wants to use his situation as a platform to discuss some of the pit-falls that he fell into early in his career and warn young coaches about going down a similar path.
