Currently, Mr. Green is the Chief Strategist for the National Institute For Inclusive Competitiveness (NIIC). He discusses homeownership, black owned businesses, access to capital and the importance of black business productivity and its correlation to 1% GDP.

He serves as a co-facilitator for Common Ground Conversations on Race In America in which he teaches individuals, organizations and institutions to engage in productive, transformative dialogue, and development of informed empathetic societal change agents engaged in collaborative actions to redesign policies and practices that lead to building a more Inclusive America.
