Two COVID vaccines have now been authorized for emergency use in the U.S. Moderna's just got the green light about a week after a vaccine from Pfizer and BioNTech was given the go ahead. Both are mRNA vaccines. The basis for this technology has been around for a while, but it's the first time this type of vaccine will be so widely used. So how does it work?
