*Did you know that in Indiana (where this case takes place) under extreme circumstances, children as young as 10 years old can be tried and sentenced in adult courts? The child that we will be discussing in this case remains one of the youngest EVER to be tried in this fashion. In this collaboration, Heather and Warbaby (from the Murderous Minors: Killer Kids podcast) discuss Paul Henry Gingerich and Colt Lundy. On April 20, 2010, Indiana; 12-year-old Gingerich and Lundy were at Colt's home in Cromwell, Indiana (which is about 2.5 hours NE of Indianapolis or 1 hour NW of Fort Wayne) with Colt's 49-year-old stepfather, Phillip Danner. They decided that they wanted to steal Danner’s truck and drive to Arizona. They determined that the only way to get away with it was to “take care of him [Phillip]”. How would they do this? They shot him…with his own hand guns.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/murderous-minors--2964579/support.
