It feels like it's been a hot minute since I was releasing a fresh episode, and what a time to be sending this one out the door... Lockdown! 

Episode 1 is a little overview of what to expect from season 3, a few changes on the way such as international guests, bonus episodes and shoutouts. Also a little chit-chat about the current day too!
