It's time to say NO to toxic ties: family, old platforms, and energy drains. NO is a full, valid, healthy sentence. If the other person does not respect your NOs, then they are not aligned to be apart of your life anymore. They do not have the PRIVILEGE to experience you and your energy anymore. Let go of old platforms where you used to seek external validation and pour into those that are aligned, if any. Connect more with joy, expansion, and freedom in your day to day life. Charge your water with these frequencies if it feels difficult. Now is the time to let go of all that no longer serves, relationships and all.
