On today's 'BradCast':  The coronavirus pandemic is getting worse in the U.S., where infection rates, ICU usage and deaths are skyrocketing, primarily in states where Republican politicians have joined our maniacal conman President in trying to pretend the virus away. Republican governors in Florida and Texas -- among the first to reopen -- have been forced to re-close bars, restaurants and other businesses as their health care systems risk being overwhelmed. Vice President Mike Pence tried to gaslight America by declaring it "very encouraging news" that more young people are being infected than ever before. But new internal documents obtained by NBC News show the White House coronavirus task force warned both Donald Trump and Pence that infection rates, hospitalizations and deaths are growing fast and the cause is not -- despite the lies from both Trump and Pence – due simply to "more testing."  RON FEIN, Legal Director of Free Speech For People, a good government organization, joins us to discuss a recent court ruling rejecting Indiana Sec. of State Connie Lawson's claim that her emails with other state elections officials and (potentially) electronic voting system vendors are exempt from public records requests due to "national security" reasons.
