On today's 'BradCast':   The Department of Justice charged the former chairman of Donald Trump's corrupt Inaugural Committee on several counts of illegally acting as an unregistered agent of a foreign government, lobbying both the Trump Campaign and administration behalf of the United Arab Emirates.  US AG Merrick Garland issued a new policy prohibiting federal prosecutors from seizing journalists' communications, with a few reasonable exceptions. New reporting confirms that Trump's Justice Department declined to criminally prosecute former Trump Commerce Sec. Wilbur Ross for lying under oath to Congress, but not before widespread outrage was triggered by inaccurate reports falsely blaming Biden's DOJ for the decision. We walk through and debunk several false claims of the rightwing 'Cyber Ninjas' currently carrying out the secretive, troubled post-election 'audit' of the 2020 election in Maricopa County, AZ.  Cyber Ninja's CEO Doug Logan's testimony in a state legislative hearing last week vividly demonstrated the dangers of hiring someone who knows absolutely nothing about elections, voting systems, or audits.  You'll be shocked to learn that none of his claims are actually true.  Comprehensive fact-checks by AP, CNN and other outlets dismantle the false assertions made by Logan and wildly inaccurate claims by Trump, finding zero legitimate evidence to back up their claims.  Plus Desi Doyen has our latest 'Green News Report'.
