On today's 'BradCast':  Two historic hearings unfolded in D.C. simultaneously today. First up were the U.S. Supreme Court's live-streamed oral arguments on two historic cases, involving efforts by Donald Trump to hide his financial records prior to becoming president from both federal and state officials. Three different U.S. House committees are seeking documents from Trump's longtime accounting firm, Mazars USA, and banks Deutsche Bank and Capitol One. The Manhattan District Attorney is seeking many of the same documents and tax records regarding Trump's unlawful hush money payments to two women prior to the 2016 election, and claims made by Trump's convicted lawyer Michael Cohen that Trump and his companies made fraudulent statements on tax filings and bank loan applications. At the same time as the Supreme Court hearing, infectious disease expert and head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, Dr. Anthony Fauci, testified before a U.S. Senate Committee remotely, warning of serious setbacks, "suffering and death that could be avoided," if businesses reopen too soon.  The Coronavirus Task Force leaders testified from self-quarantine, after being exposed to Vice President Mike Pence's press secretary, who tested positive for COVID-19 after she and Pence traveled to Iowa to meet with CEOs of meatpacking plants that are now coronavirus hotspots. As the U.S. coronavirus death tolls surges past 81,000, an unreleased White House document details infections are spiking all over the country, particularly in many "red" states. An AP analysis finds people are now getting sick from COVID-19 at their workplaces that have recently reopened. Also today: Trump and Republicans lied about the special U.S. House election in California's 25th District on Tuesday, ignoring that a Republican mayor in the district requested an additional in-person polling place.
