On today's 'BradCast':   New updates in the insane, completely non-transparent 'audit' theater in Maricopa County (Phoenix), Arizona.  The 'audit' clown show is being performed by the Trump-supporting Cyber Ninjas company, and a new analysis at Slate confirms our reporting that the Cyber Ninja's poorly-documented procedures would permit them to alter a minimum of 42,000 votes, undetected, during the 'audit' without setting off any internal or external alarm bells. Any 'results' that the Cyber Ninjas may announce from their 'audit' will be impossible to independently confirm, because - unlike real audits - the company has not allowed the public to track their daily tallies, and they have irrevocably broken the secure chain of custody for the voting machines and the 2.1 million actual ballots cast in Maricopa last year.  Election integrity advocate JENNIFER COHN explains how many of the questions and concerns about the 2020 election -- both good faith and bad faith -- might have been avoided had Democrats previously insisted on full public oversight of elections, instead of allowing private voting machine companies to take over America's elections with computers that effectively tally votes  in secret.  Cohn discusses how Republicans spent years blocking Senate Democrats' SAFE Act boosting election security, which mandated post-election audits for federal races with strict procedures and oversight, and warns that time is running out for Democrats' to reintroduce the crucial legislation prior to the 2022 midterm elections.
