On today's 'BradCast':  The U.S. again set yet another single-day record for confirmed COVID-19 cases, as the coronavirus pandemic, so far, has cost the lives of more than 122,000 Americans. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) concedes that the infection rate in the U.S. is likely 10 times higher than official numbers indicate. Hospitalizations are rapidly increasing around the country, including Florida, Texas and Arizona, where denialist Republican Governors reopened for business far too quickly, against the advice of nearly all health experts. New revelations show that Republican governors are taking purposeful, affirmative efforts to lie to residents about COVID-19 numbers in their own states. In Florida, officials were instructed alter data on deaths and delete case numbers. Republican West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice, a billionaire coal baron, fired the commissioner of the state's public health bureau because he didn't like the numbers she reported. Donald Trump made a criminal admission at his Death Rally in Tulsa last week, when he admitted that he told his staff to 'slow down the testing, please!'  The White House said Trump was kidding, but new evidence today proves that he was telling the truth, for once: the Trump Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has refused to extend federally funded testing at 13 sites across five states, including Texas. It's a good question whether at some point American officials will need to be prosecuted for mass murder for their criminal delinquency and deceit in dealing with the coronavirus pandemic.
