FOX29 sports anchor Breland Moore, KLN ‘14, had a pretty lofty goal for herself when she graduated from Temple University. She dreamed about making it back to Philadelphia in a TV news role by the time she was 30. Of course, she never thought it would be possible — until it happened. Her career took her to Allentown, Pa., Rochester, N.Y., and Kansas City, Mo., before returning to Philly. Ray and Breland discuss how she landed her dream job, tips for Klein students looking to make it in TV news, and why representation in news matters so much.
