The LTDA has served as the professional and authoritative voice of London taxi drivers for over 50 years, working to ensure that its members’ voices are heard, protecting the interests of the taxi trade and maintaining the high professional standards of the iconic black cab industry in the capital. Since the start of the lockdown, the Black Cab industry has been decimated with only 10% of London’s 20,000 cab drivers currently working.
