Never mind the leaked version last week, today Jeremy Corbyn unveiled the final version of the 2017 Labour manifesto – promising more money for hospitals, schools and infrastructure – over £48 billion more per year, in fact. But to fund this increased spending they also plan to increase borrowing and to increase taxes on high earners and corporations. Do the sums add up? Can Labour persuade the public that this is the change our country needs? Or are the Conservatives telling the truth when they say these are nonsensical policies that will lead to economic disaster? We’re seeking answers to all of those questions today on Britain’s Got Ballot.
