We can control our budget. We can’t control what our money does if we have no plan for it.
If you’re happy where you are financially, then keep down that road. If you aren’t then the sum of all your decisions hasn’t been the right plan.
Taking on debt is a risk. It should be perceived that way. So, when taking on a mortgage we must take calculated risks with long-term financial rewards in mind.
