In E053 Carlo Sorrenti discusses his journey to $20,000,000 in real estate holdings. Carlo is a student rental investor and operator and continues to self manage his portfolio of high-end assets at market-setting rental rates. Whenever someone says something 'can't' be done Carlo just seems to laugh. Very few people demonstrably proceed with the confidence and swagger Carlo does and it's always been inspiring to watch for me over the 10 years I have known him.

Carlo was a mentor to me while I was getting and we're constantly sharing ideas and best practices. I can confidently say I would not have gotten to the position I'm in today if I had not been able to pick his brain and learn from his real estate investing knowledge.
