Join Kyle as he speaks with MISTY GUINN, Director of Customer Advocacy at Benefitfocus (NASDAQ: BNFT).   The pandemic has pushed workers to evaluate what their employment will look like down the road. This isn’t just about whether they’ll be working in an office or on their couch. Workers also need to know where they stand with their benefits today and in the future. But they can’t do so without understanding how their benefits work and the value that they’re getting from these benefits. In other words, it’s time for workers to quickly become “benefits literate.”

Misty Guinn, analyzes health claims data, industry trends, and works closely with suppliers, carriers, and broker consultants to create and manage innovative health plan strategies for associates. She is dedicated to helping others improve their total wellbeing through education, culture, relationships, and a supportive environment that embraces all of the pillars of well-being: physical, mental/emotional, financial, social and purpose.
