Bullet Points | Is the concept of 'manifesting' a load of rubbish?

In this Bullet Points episode, I ponder manifesting and whether simply 'asking' the universe for something will actually deliver it. I was seduced by this idea of manifesting my dreams around ten years ago when people around me, who appeared to be enjoying and succeeding at life were saying how this was a huge part of their lives and was leading them to achieve everything they set out.
