John is currently the CEO of County Schools Federal Credit Union located in Ventura, California.

We discuss the financial sector, difference between a credit union and a federal banking institution, and what differentiates CSFCU as a non-profit organization.

John shares the importance of community involvement and community engagement, as well as their commitment to serving the people by following their mantra of "People first Profit second"

With two branches in Ventura County, one in Oxnard and one in Ventura, there are future plans to expand to other cities within Ventura County.
