What do You Want is our Podcast Topic for today! I know for sure whether it's through reading through studies or me asking or observing the majority of people can't answer that basic question! Why? I believe the biggest reason for this lack of decision is Fear!

Carmen and I both feel that getting into the gym whether it's your first time or your thousandth time is vitally essential to establish what you want in out of the gym. Physical Culture creates a new mentality and establishes a thought pattern where you set goals and these goals must be met. The more you do this the more success you will establish in and out of the gym. Now you should begin asking yourself every day What do You Want? When you have met up repeatedly with success you will begin to build momentum and with this momentum asking that question What do You Want will now have multiple answers. All of them Positive!
