Lane Kawaoka was a licensed professional (PE) civil and industrial engineer turned accredited real estate investor. After renting his first home in Seattle because his engineering job would not allow him to stay home that much, he realized that he could keep buying and renting more and more properties to the point where he could replace his monthly salary. After purchasing about 35 assets since 2009, he now helps other people do the same at Simple Passive Cashflow.
