Member of the senior leadership team and faculty at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. In my current role, I possess oversight for leader development integration across Kellogg's global portfolio of degree programs. Additionally, I am accountable for the generation, integration and implementation of DEI initiatives across Kellogg's various stakeholder groups (i.e., students, faculty, staff, alumni, organizational partners).

Prior to entering academia, I proudly served in the U.S. Army as an aviator (Apache Helicopters) and organizational leader. I retired from the military in 2016 with the rank of Brigadier General.
