It means absolutely nothing in the long run as long as you can move past your insecurities. People won't see or feel what you are going through as a Step-Dad but that's none of your business. It's your job to work, everyday, on becoming the very best leader, mentor, husband and father that you can be for those in your inner circle. Change your perception and remember it's going to take time before you see real success.
