Don’t Hate-Elevate.- Because of our disunity , we have disdain for cooperation and coalescence among ourselves. Consequently, we isolate ourselves from the possible benefits of collective development and business sustainability.... Because we have internalized negative propaganda about who we are, we are more likely to treat those who look like us poorly. This is the real source of disunity in the Black community.
