Charlotte Dukes is a mom of 5, wife, a podcast host, a certified trauma-informed and subconscious coach, and a social worker from M-F! She experienced immense trauma as a child, eventually found ways to cope with it, but found out as an adult that those coping mechanisms were not healthy for her anymore. In January 2022 she went on a mission of self-discovery and healing journey. She wanted to figure out what was going on inside of her, why she was the way she was, and how she could improve and heal her past, so she could live a happier, healthier life. Since then, she has invested in herself, started her own podcast called Healing and Dealing Podcast and became a certified coach to serve others.
