Christopher Plant is a Brooklyn transplant who moved to Philly in 2002 and has never looked back. In fact, Christopher has made it his mission to spread the word that Philly is a great place to live, work, and play. He should know because his life changed and his world got better once he settled here.

Today Christopher is a real estate broker at Elfant Wissahickon specializing in commercial real estate and the founder of a real estate website called Move to Philly.

He's also the founder and president of Kismet Cowork, a shared workspace concept operating in three Philadelphia locations: Chestnut Hill, Manayunk and Spring Arts.

In this interview, Christopher tells us how he got into real estate and what inspired him to launch Kismet. He also shares some of the real estate development lessons he's learned along the way.
